BONUS STRUCTURE:

--- We have the BEST bonus structure in the industry!
--- Monthly bonuses based on profit range from $200 - $5,400 or more. For every $1,000,000 in gross business collected, you'll get a $20,000 bonus!
--- Yearly bonuses of $10,000 for every $100,000 in commissions you earn. This means if you make $400,000 in commissions, you make a $40,000 bonus at the end of the year!
--- In addition, there is $60,000 worth of bonuses to get in 2023, along with occasional daily or weekly spiffs.

Responsibilities:
--- All you have to do is sell!
--- No experience is necessary. It is helpful but not necessary.
--- Inspect roofs so that we can determine if there's enough damage to file an insurance claim.
--- You don't have to fetch materials or order material.
--- Pick up the checks from the homeowners.
--- No project management at all. Being there on the day the job is going on is a great way to get the neighbors.

Qualifications:
--- You must be motivated and have a high drive to want to succeed.
--- You must be coachable and willing to learn attitude.
--- Previous experience is not necessary, but a strong work ethic is necessary!
--- Competitive people love this opportunity.
--- Clear and effective communication is a must.
