Job Description:
We are a manufacturer of Automatic Flow Control Valves. Through

performance. We are seeking a new District Sales Representative in
our Fire Products division to serve as liaison between Sales
Managers and Customers. Daily duties will include but not limited
to quotations, order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. As a
member of the Sales team you will work with other Sales
professionals to ensure that the customer experience is rewarding
and in line with company objectives and quality standards. You will
report to our Fire Products Manager. What You Will Do: Complete
Company Systems Training: Syteline (internal ERP system) SharePoint
(Document FileShare) and Shiva (Production Platform); Gain
knowledge of products: basic hytrol, pilots and pilot
configurations; Shadow phone calls to help gain product/market
knowledge; Answer phone and assist in gathering technical
information and customer contact information; Provide pricing and
lead times in response to phone and email inquiries; Quote
customers based on recommendations from supervisor or provided
stock number; Review Purchase Orders to ensure conformity to price,
engineering specification and quality standards; Input new orders
and changes into system; Request new and revised engineering
drawing specifications as necessary; Expedite existing orders and
update estimated delivery information; Drive orders by interacting
with other departments such as Engineering, Production and
Purchasing; Provide engineering data sheets as requested by
customers; Complete returned goods authorizations and subsequent
credit memos; Work closely with our Factory Inside Sales group to
ensure orders are procured by deadlines; May be required to move or
deliver parts/valves as needed for daily operation; Other duties as
assigned. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 2-4
years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Experience with Fire
Products highly desireable; Experience in Manufacturing, Sales, or
a related discipline; Proficiency in MS Office applications:
Outlook, Word, and Excel; Ability to be trained on company software
systems (Shiva, Syteline, SharePoint, etc) Skilled in operation of
computer hardware, office equipment and software applications
functions involving sales and order entry work; Ability to read and
understand schematics, engineering drawings, bills of materials,
and test reports; Ability to read and interpret purchase orders and
product specification Ability to work under minimal supervision Why
