We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Sales director to join our team Full time in Dallas, TX.
This role requires proven capabilities in strategic planning, along with strong operational experience-responsibilities with multi-location healthcare practices, excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving skills and great verbal and written communication abilities.
The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing procedure growth in assigned region (currently TX, VA, MS, TN, IN) providing new office launch support, delivering regional results, overseeing hiring, training, and coaching of reporting 8-10 Clinical Liaisons (CLs).

Key Job responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Clinical Liaison Sales Representatives, manage marketing opportunities, business development, key meetings and events, hiring, training and coaching
Delivers on key KPIs for regional territory including
oGrow Physician referrals
oFind new referral sources
oImprove referral quality leading to procedure increases
oGrow procedures for new services
oBuild local partnerships
oLook for opportunities to build awareness in assigned markets
Brings new referral driving ideas to marketplace beyond clinical lunches; Tests and Expands to other clinics once proven
Provides point of communication between reporting CLs and management on regional issues, competitive updates, HR issues, and escalations; Speaks to CLs daily providing coaching and problem solving
Identifies referral pain points and takes point on finding solutions for issues including but not limited to:
oReferral tracking
oReferring physician feedback
oInsurances
oScheduling delays
Ensures all CLs are well trained in Sales Force and using the technology to its full power
Reinforces clinical training in every CL visit
Provides presence with large account referral sources, ensuring optimal communications and patient experience
Manages administration and approvals for CL team including expenses, marketing material ordering, conferences, travel, and corporate initiatives
Supports and improves the company culture and CL job satisfactions
Visits all assigned offices regularly which may include up to 50% overnight travel. Travel may also include training programs, national conferences, and meetings

$90k-$140k per year
