Job DescriptionCustomer Care Specialist - Full Time- 90 Days ONSITECareington International is seeking candidates that can work 6-8 hour shifts between 7 am-7pm (CST) Monday through Friday at our Customer Care Center in Frisco Texas. Candidates need to be available to work 32 to 40 hours per week. This position requires an onsite 1-week training program from 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9am -5:30pm (CST), Monday through Friday. Your set training schedule will be communicated prior to orientation.Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent2 years experience working with MS Office Suite1 year of previous experience working in a call center REQUIRED! Roles and Responsibilities:$15 per hour + PTO + BENEFITSAble to pass a drug screen and background checkWork at our Call Center in Frisco Texas (North Dallas Tollway and Main Street)Available to work 6 or 8 hour shifts between 7am-7pm (CST) Monday through FridayFirst 90 days will include 1 week of onsite training with additional 4-6 weeks of product training. After the training period is over, employee can choose to work remoteAnswer incoming customer service calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiriesProvide issue resolution with proper escalation of calls as neededMust be able to manage 25-30 inbound customer service calls per dayIf you do not possess the educational requirements/minimum requirements, your application will not be considered for employment.
