Airgas is adding a Sales Manager to support their Specialty
Products Division (ammonia) in the Central US. You will be
supporting 6 Account Managers, who cover the Central 1/3 of the
United States. We are an entrepreneurial company and need you to
run the business like it is your own business. You will be
responsible for helping your Account Managers enhance partnerships
with their existing customers, building rapport and relationships
with prospective customers and maintaining gross margin. You must
have the ability to help your team convert prospects into long-term

- Lead and coach a team of 6 Account Managers. You will ensure
they have a set business plan to grow and maintain their

sales calls. This includes looking for opportunities to reinforce
relationships with our customer base and at times, driving new

What education and experience do I need?
- Bachelor's degree required. A related Scientific or Engineering
degree is a plus.

industrial chemicals in a B2B application.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products is

team meetings, job site reviews, training, etc.
