Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Floor Coatings Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will
be responsible for driving sales of our floor coatings and surface
solutions by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities,
managing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of floor
coating products and applications, excellent communication and
negotiation skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.Key
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients in the residential,
commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate floor coating
solutions.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals to
potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales
targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are
met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product
knowledge.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and generate
leads.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client
interactions in our CRM system.Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the construction
or flooring industry.
- Strong knowledge of floor coatings and surface solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting
or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry
events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Benefits:
