The Customer Service Representative will provide support for customers by taking orders, providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. The position also requires excellent data entry skills and problem solving and conflict - resolution skills.

• Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
• Responds to caller's general information requests and/or inquiries.
• Takes accurate customer orders and follow through necessary process.
• Processes installation and repair orders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Enter Floor plans, pricing, and other customer information for new and existing accounts.
• Provide timely response to request for information including returning all calls as quickly as possible.
• Resolve or escalate customer issues, received via phone or email.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations for quality and service.
• Responds to department email in a professional and timely manner.
• Makes updates to orders in the system
• Other duties as assigned.Competencies

  • Excellent email and phone etiquette.
  • MS office (MS word and excel) and PC fluency required
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional departments

  • Maintains adequate job knowledge.Requirements:Education and Work Experience Requirements
    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
    • Minimum 1-year of customer service experience required
    • Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus.
    • RFMS Systems Experience is a plus.Benefits
