The specialist will focus on creating customized insurance solutions that ensure client satisfaction, secure long-term relationships, and boost our market standing. Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential commercial clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Conduct detailed risk assessments to develop bespoke insurance solutions that meet client needs. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing continuous risk management advice and insurance coverage solutions. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall sales goals and strategies. Prepare and present sales proposals that clearly outline the benefits and costs of our insurance products. Keep abreast of market trends and changes within the commercial insurance sector to advise clients proactively. Proven ability to negotiate and sell complex insurance products Strong interpersonal and communication skills In-depth knowledge of commercial insurance policies and principles Competency in using insurance-related databases and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Property and Casualty (P&C) license Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or similar certification preferred
