UniFirst Corporation, a leader in providing workplace uniforms and protective wear, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Outside Sales Representative for our Grapevine location. In this role, you will help expand our reach, driving sales through new and existing channels in the bustling Uniform Rental & Facility Services market. This position is perfect for those who are keen to translate their passion for sales into tangible results, ensuring clients receive customized, comprehensive solutions for their uniform and facility needs. Identify potential business opportunities and target markets for deep penetration and generate new leads by networking, cold calling and using referral techniques. Present, promote and sell UniFirst products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives. Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing the deal, ensuring understanding of clients’ specific requirements and service customization. Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities for better service and profit. Prepare sales reports and keep the management informed about the progress through regular feedback, account statuses, and possible improvements. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining quality service. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM platforms. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is preferred but not required.
