Texas We are seeking a driven, sales-oriented Location Manager to
lead the expansion of our ag spray equipment business in Texas.
This is a unique opportunity to build a new operation from the
ground up, starting in a remote, sales-focused role and
transitioning into full location leadership as a Texas facility is
established. The right candidate will play a key role in growing
revenue, developing customer relationships, and building a team
that will support long-term success in the region. What's in It for

and existing sales team What You Will Be Doing: Serve as the
foundational leader for the Texas location Drive sales growth by
calling on producers alongside existing sales personnel Work
closely with the sales representatives and support statewide
efforts Receive and execute sales orders Oversee all branch
operations including financial performance, inventory, and cost
controls Recruit, hire, and develop the future Texas facility team
Lead business planning, forecasting, and execution aligned with
corporate goals Ensure compliance with company policies, safety
standards, and industry regulations Transition from remote,
sales-driven role to full facility leadership once established A
successful candidate for this sales focused Location Manager role
will possess the following: Strong sales mindset with the ability
to lead Experience growing a territory and building long-term
producer relationships Proven leadership skills with the ability to
recruit and develop teams Financial and operational acumen to
manage P&L, inventory, and KPIs Entrepreneurial approach with
comfort operating independently in a startup-style role Willingness
to travel across Texas as needed (up to 50%) Compensation Base
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 Performance-based incentives tied to
