General Lines Texas Property & Casualty license must be active to be considered. This is a remote sales role, but candidates must live in Texas to be considered. Benefits Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Responsibilities Build and maintain referral relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other local partners Process policy changes, endorsements, evidence of insurance requests, and secure all required documentation Assist clients with claims reporting and provide timely follow-up support Document all customer interactions accurately in eAgent and maintain compliance with underwriting and rating guidelines Answer incoming calls promptly and greet office visitors in a professional, friendly manner Accept and process premium payments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation Support agency production goals by setting appointments for sales staff and meeting service and sales performance expectations Requirements Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license (required) Life & Health license preferred Positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently Strong multitasking, follow-through, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including spelling and grammar) Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
