Job Description:

and Europe, is seeking a passionate and driven Customer Development
Representative in Waco, TX. In this role, you will be pivotal in
sustaining our growth by building strong relationships with new and
existing customers, and by identifying opportunities for further
business expansions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the
upkeep of our high standards in uniform and protective work gear
provision. Cultivate lasting relationships with potential and
existing customers to understand their uniform needs and how our
services can meet those needs. Present, promote, and sell
products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective
customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of
existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Coordinate sales
effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the
territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems,
interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
and services. Proven work experience in sales or customer service.
Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build
productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated
and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent
selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Prioritization,
time management, and organizational skills. Medical Insurance

preferred.
