Lead acquisition integration and implementing of location-level and
corporate-level reporting systems. Empower locations to utilize FMS
and CRM tools to drive customer growth and realize operational
efficiencies. Train and support locations on existing FMS / CRM
systems (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion, FieldEdge,
etc.) ensuring base-level reporting capabilities for all.
Standardize location-level data necessary to populate
corporate-level operations dashboards. Required Criteria Bachelor's
degree in business, information systems or a similar field. Local
to Dallas, Texas or willing to relocate. 5 years of home services
trades experience, preferably in residential HVAC, plumbing or
electric trades. Knowledge of Field Service Management software
(“FMS”) such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Service Fusion,
FieldEdge and other similar tools. Servant leader with an ability
to build strong working relationships. Demonstrable time spent in
multi-location business environments. Travel to locations as
required. Work from office five days a week. Compensation
