Job Description Job Description POSITION: Customer Service LOCATION: Dallas, TX HOURS: 5 am – 1:30 pm Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 - Depending on experience Position Summary The Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and adherence to company and regulatory standards within a fast-paced production environment. This role performs analytical and physical testing, monitors production processes Key Responsibilities - Perform routine quality testing including: - pH testing - Brix testing - Viscosity testing - Moisture analysis - Analytical weighing - Piece sizing and physical evaluations - Collect, label, and prepare product samples from production lines. - Document and maintain accurate test results, records, and reports. - Identify and communicate deviations from product specifications or food safety standards. Qualifications - 1 year of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or laboratory testing preferred. - Ability to work in a production environment 75–100% of the time. - Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. - Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions. - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
