PART TIME POSITION IN STORE - WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY and SATURDAY Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections to ensure a positive shopping experience Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to promote featured items and increase sales Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking activities Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting stock checks Engage customers through active communication skills, offering personalized recommendations and support for their needs Requirements Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred, especially in retail/design or similar environments Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math calculations Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with customers Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory tasks Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise in a lively setting.
